Using the Reports hub

Written By Talenkai

Last updated 25 days ago

Reports is the desk’s deeper worklist layer. The dashboard answers “what is urgent this morning?”; Reports answers “show me the full list / this month / this segment.”

How to open

  1. In the main navigation, open Reports.

  2. Pick a card.

  3. Use filters (days, month, action type, client vs skill).

  4. Click through to the profile, contract, timesheet, or job and complete the work there.

  5. Use All reports to return to the hub.

When to use Reports vs Dashboard

  • Dashboard — triage and KPIs at a glance.

  • Reports — month close, weekly hygiene, profitability by client/skill, full stalled or timesheet queues.

Reports use the same data as the rest of Talenkai. They do not replace the kanban, contracts, or billing screens.
