What this report is

A matrix of open jobs with match counts per kanban column, so you see where each brief is heavy or empty.

Path: Reports → Pipeline by job

Columns

Suggested → Confirmation → Contacted → CV → Interview → Offer → Won

Discarded matches are excluded.

Also shown:

  • In progress — everything except suggested and won.

  • Potential fee €/day — from in-progress matches that have both client and candidate rates.

Steps

  1. Open the report.

  2. Focus on jobs with high in progress and little movement.

  3. Open the job and work the stuck kanban column.

  4. Pair with Stalled matches when you need people stuck by time, not jobs by stage weight.
