Sign in to Talenkai

Steps

  1. Open your company login URL (typically /recruiting/login.php on the Talenkai host you use).

  2. Enter the email your admin created and your password.

  3. If your account has 2FA enabled (platform superadmin accounts), enter the 6-digit authenticator code when prompted.

  4. You land on the dashboard or the screen your role allows.

Which email?

Use the address from Settings → Users, not a personal alias that was never provisioned. Contractors with role empleado sign in to the employee portal experience, not full CRM menus.

Login problems

  • Caps lock / wrong keyboard layout.

  • Temporary password not yet changed — still use the password the admin set until you change it.

  • Repeated failures → wait (rate limiting), then retry.

  • Expired 2FA challenge → start login again from the password step.

  • Deactivated user → ask an admin to reactivate.

After sign-in

Set UI language and email signature once. Sign out on shared computers.
