What this report is

Your company’s current-month AI meter versus plan quota.

Path: Reports → AI usage this month

What you see

• Plan name and period (YYYY-MM).

• Σ used / monthly quota (LLM + OCR count against quota).

• Split: LLM, OCR, Trad API.

• Trad API is tracked but does not consume the AI quota.

• Progress % of quota.

Limits

There is no multi-month history yet. Counters reset with the calendar month.

Steps

1. Open the report before bulk CV imports or inbox backfills.

2. If quota is tight, prioritize live desk work over historical catch-up.

3. Admins can open Settings → Plan & billing from the report when the link is available.
