Report: stalled matches

What this report is

Matches in the live pipeline that have not changed status for N days (default 7). Suggested, discarded, and won are excluded so you only see work that went cold.

Path: Reports → Stalled matches

Steps

1. Open the report.

2. Adjust the day threshold if you want a tighter or looser view.

3. Open the match / job.

4. Advance the stage, set a follow-up, or discard with a reason.

When to run it

• Weekly desk hygiene.

• After holidays or a campaign when follow-ups slipped.

• When the dashboard stalled block is crowded — this report is the full list.
