Start your 7-day trial

The trial gives you the full product flow for 7 days with no card required. Use it to connect mail, import a few CVs, match one live job, and send at least one reviewed email.

1. How to start

   1. Open the Talenkai signup page (/recruiting/signup.php on your site).

   2. Create the company (tenant) and the first admin user (name, email, password).

   3. Confirm your email if the product asks for it.

   4. Sign in and land on the dashboard.

2. What to do in the first hour

   1. Settings → Email → Connection — add IMAP + SMTP and test fetch.

   2. Settings → Users — add a second seat only if someone else will work the desk during the trial.

   3. Create or import one job and a handful of candidates (inbox or upload).

   4. Run matching, open scores, draft a first-contact email, approve it in the Outbox (default send mode is queue).

3. After the trial

   Choose Starter, Pro, or Enterprise from pricing / company billing settings when you are ready. Your data stays in the company account; you are not starting from zero.

   If signup fails

   • Use a real work email you can access (password reset and notifications go there).

   • If the form is rate-limited, wait a minute and try again.

   • If the company name/slug is already taken, pick another company identifier.
