Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Who it applies to

TOTP 2FA is available for platform superadmin accounts. Day-to-day company CRM users (admin / usuario / empleado) sign in with email and password today.

Enable (superadmin)

  1. Sign in to the platform area.

  2. Open platform settings.

  3. Start 2FA setup and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.).

  4. Confirm with a 6-digit code.

  5. Save — next login will ask for password + code.

Sign-in with 2FA

  1. Email + password.

  2. On the 2FA screen, enter the current code.

  3. If the challenge expires, return to login and start again.

Disable

Only from the same settings screen, confirming with a valid code. Keep at least one recoverable authenticator path before disabling on a production operator account.

If you lose the authenticator

Contact another platform operator / support channel for your Talenkai deployment to recover access through controlled admin procedures. Do not share TOTP secrets in chat.
