Report: upcoming availability

What this report is

A list of candidates whose availability date on the profile falls inside your Matching liberation window (default 30 days). Use it to plan who you can put back into search before they are free.

Where availability comes from

• Synced from the contract estimated end date (rules avoid overwriting a closer date you set by hand).

• Or edited manually on the candidate file.

Steps

1. Open the report.

2. Optionally change the window (number of days) for this view. Admins can set the company default under Settings → Matching.

3. Review candidate, skill, active job/contract, end date, and notice days (context).

4. Open the profile or contract.

5. Plan matching or outreach before the free date.

Tips

• Keep estimated end dates on active contracts up to date — that feeds this list.

• Notice days on the contract are shown for context; they do not change Matching eligibility by themselves yet.

• If someone is already inside a notice window, also open Active notices.

Empty list?

Nobody has an availability date in the window — check contract end dates and profile availability, or widen the window.
