How to manage billing

  1. Sign in as company admin.

  2. Open company / billing settings.

  3. Choose or change plan (Stripe checkout / customer portal when enabled).

  4. Keep a primary admin contact up to date for invoices and notices.

Operational tips

  • Watch AI usage mid-month before a bulk CV import.

  • Deactivate unused seats instead of buying a larger plan by accident.

  • Contractor portal users do not consume CRM seats.

  • House / special commercial agreements may appear as a custom plan on your company — your contract overrides the public matrix.
